Hi all,
Thanks for inviting me to your blog. Several observations to start off with. Your topic is very relevant to our ongoing health habits. So:
1. Make sure you do a spell check before you post
2. Try to include some specfic details, even images, related to the points you're making.
3. Ensure you are accurate in getting the names right of guest speakers
Keep up the good effort!

Yoga
Yesterday we had a Yoga instructor in to give us a demonstration of some Yoga techniques. She showed us some routines and positions used in Yoga, and taught us how to meditate. Yoga seems to me like a very effective form of relaxation and flexibility, but not of strength. It is promoted as a form of strength training, but it did not appear to me to be a good way of strengthening muscles. It also lacked any cardiovascular work out, and will not therefore help you become a lot fitter. All it seems to be is a good way to relax, but I would not reccomend it as a serious form of exercise.

Jase made me
Hey, I'm blogging because Jase made me. So far I've done our Mind Map, finished our Gant Map and I have started researching. Look out for my first proper blog, COMING SOON!!!!!!!!!
Naturopath
After lunch we had a Naturopath by the name of Chris something present to us about health from a naturopaths point of view. The main thing that Chris was talking about was diet and how the body responds to different coloured foods and different flavours of food. He also concentrated on the find the cure not the symptoms aspect which is the way that all naturopaths go about their business. The diet that naturopaths follow mostly is the blood type diet because different vitamins etc. are absorbed more or less by different blood types. a very interesting talk containing a lot that associates with our challenge.
Chiropractic
As Jason has already stated we had a chiropractor as our guest speaker today. I found that the principals of chiropractic and osteopathy are incredibly similar and at one point they seemed like the same profession. The speaker Anthony Coxon seemed to sound like he was talking to people that were about three years younger than us and didn't interest me as much as the speaker that we had yesterday. some of the information about how our posture and some of the other information really interested me. the tow speaker we've had are interesting and i"m looking forward to the upcoming speakers.
Chiropractic speaker
Today we had another guest speaker presenting on chiropracting. He was interesting, and I thought that the different perspective that chiropractors take towards improving health was very unique. I thought that chiropractors dealt specifically with back and spine problems, but instead they access the body through healing the spinal cord.
Overall an informative session.

Day 1
We have just started posting our blog.
Have yet to create Stef a blogger account, will do ASAP.
Had a guest speaker in to talk about osteopathy and health. He was interesting, and I got alot out of his talk. Osteopathy is a great alternative to other forms of rehabilitation and seems to be a fantastic job path.
